These Terms govern use of:

• AmmirePIX (AI digitisation service)
• AMMIRE Legacy Card (digital identity & legacy vault service)
• All related applications, APIs, and services ("Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

Ammire provides AI-powered tools that allow users to:

• Capture and digitize paper-based records
• Extract structured data using automated OCR and AI
• Store, organize, and manage digital contact information
• Create secure digital identity and legacy vaults
• Share selected data through controlled access

The Platform may be updated or modified periodically.

2. Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Upload only data they are lawfully entitled to process

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Upload only lawful and authorized content
• Obtain necessary consent before digitizing third-party personal data
• Review AI-extracted data for accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

You remain solely responsible for uploaded content.

4. Data Ownership

Users retain ownership of all uploaded content.

You grant Ammire a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process data to provide the Services
• Store and transmit data securely
• Improve AI systems using anonymized, aggregated data

Ammire does not sell personal data.

5. AI Processing Disclaimer

The Platform uses automated AI systems. While we strive for accuracy:

• Extraction results may contain errors
• Users are responsible for verification
• No guarantee of 100% accuracy is provided

6. Privacy and Security

We implement:

• Encryption at rest and in transit
• Role-based access control
• Secure authentication mechanisms
• Audit logging for institutional accounts

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Subscriptions & Fees

• Certain features require payment
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Fees are billed in advance
• Refunds are subject to applicable law

8. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

• Use the Platform for unlawful surveillance
• Upload stolen or illegal data
• Attempt reverse engineering
• Use data for spam or harassment

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided "as is"
• Ammire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Users may delete accounts at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
